Distinguished Lecture with Fabián Martínez Siccardi: Book presentation for Savage Evil, Evil Savage.

Evil Savage, Savage Evil is a hybrid work on shared historical responsibility that brings together autobiography, dialogue, and historical narrative. Throughout the book, Coetzee and Siccardi examine the relationship between colonial violence and the cultural legacies of genocide in Namibia, South Africa, Australia, and Argentina. The book traces a systematic pattern of territorial dispossession driven by the ideology of livestock-based progress.
