Indigenous Peoples Day Ceremonial Celebration
Mount Holyoke College Art Museum, 13 Lower Lake Road, South Hadley, MA
Mount Holyoke will once again take students, faculty and staff to the Indigenous Peoples Day Ceremonial Celebration in Newton, MA.
This event is special to us as one of our very own Mount Holyoke alums, Krysia Villon ‘96, is a founding committee member of this annual event. All are welcome to join us to celebrate and uplift Indigenous peoples and voices. This free, outdoor, family-friendly, Indigenous-led, volunteer-run event is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy great music, cultural dances and presentations, support local Indigenous vendors and non-profits and eat delicious food. Rain or shine.
Meals will be provided by DEI and catered by Chiqui’s Kitchen (Chef Krysia). If you are interested in attending, please sign up here.
