Open To You: Teen College and Career Ready Learning Workshop

For teens who have a family member involved in the justice system [formerly incarcerated, currently serving time, or under judicial supervision] or themselves are involved in the justice system, discover free tools that can help with your next steps! Learn how to use the library’s College Now and Job Now databases to explore colleges and careers, get help with applications and résumés, prepare for tests and interviews, and more. Come see what these resources can do for you! Bringing your own device to explore with is encouraged, but we will have some devices for patrons to use during the session.
