Miners Leadership Collective - Effective Facilitation Strategies

The Miner Leadership Collective (MLC) is a structured two-semester leadership development program for students who have successfully completed the Miners Leadership Initiative (MLI). Designed to build upon the leadership foundations established in MLI, the program provides opportunities for participants to strengthen their leadership, communication, collaboration, and professional development skills through interactive workshops, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences. Throughout the program, students continue to grow as leaders, apply their knowledge in meaningful ways, and prepare for success both on campus and beyond.
