Miners Leadership Initiative - Strategic Leadership

The Miners Leadership Initiative (MLI) is a year-long leadership development program designed to help first-year students build essential leadership skills, strengthen their confidence, and successfully transition into the university community. Through interactive workshops focused on personal and professional growth, students will develop skills in areas such as leadership, communication, and self-awareness. Participants who complete all program requirements will receive a micro-credential, certificate of completion, and an orange Pick lapel pin recognizing their commitment to leadership development.
