America's 250th: Revolution Era Food Tasting

Have you always wondered how food tasted during the American Revolution? Join us at the library as renowned chef Catherine MacDonald turns back the clock and takes you back to the Revolutionary War with a live cooking demonstration and sampling! In this seminar, you will learn firsthand how these dishes are prepared and made to be recreated in your own kitchen, while being able to sample these dishes in real time.
